Ingredients
This Asian pork recipe is straightforward and delightful. Marinate the pork tenderloin for no less than 8 hours (short-term is ideal) and flip it following 4 hours. It's perfect with rice and veggies like bok choy. Appreciate!
1 (2 pound) fat-managed pork tenderloin
⅓ cup light soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 green onions, hacked
4 cloves garlic, squashed
2 tablespoons stuffed light earthy colored sugar
1 ½ tablespoons Asian chile glue
1 ½ teaspoons pepper
Place pork tenderloin in a shallow dish.
Pour soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce into a medium bowl. Rush in green onions, garlic, earthy colored sugar, chile glue, and pepper until consolidated. Pour sauce over tenderloin, turning meat a couple of times to cover. Cover the dish and marinate in the cooler for 8 hours to expedite.
Preheat the stove to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Move pork tenderloin with marinade into an aluminum foil-lined baking dish.
Broil in the preheated stove until a moment read thermometer embedded into the middle peruses no less than 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), 25 to 30 minutes. Permit to stand 5 to 10 minutes prior to cutting.
