VEGETABLE RECIPES
This dish can be served in place of a salad course, or alongside the meal. Ready in 20 minutes, this dish offers a new way to dress up one of spring’s favorite vegetables.
1/4 cup squeezed orange
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick® Sesame Seed
1 bundle new asparagus (around 20 lances, managed)
Whisk together squeezed orange, olive oil, soy sauce, ground mustard, and sugar in a little bowl.
Toast sesame seeds in little, non-stick skillet over medium-high intensity until brilliant brown, around 2 minutes.
Steam asparagus until fresh delicate, around 3-4 minutes
Put steamed asparagus on platter; pour dressing over asparagus.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
