Ingredients
This BBQ beef recipe is zesty and yummy, and very easy to make if you need to feed a crowd. Spoon beef onto toasted sandwich buns and top with additional barbecue sauce.
1 ½ cups ketchup
¼ cup stuffed earthy colored sugar
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons arranged Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fluid smoke seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground dark pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 pound) boneless throw broil
Consolidate ketchup, earthy colored sugar, red wine vinegar, Dijon-style mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fluid smoke. Mix in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place throw broil in a sluggish cooker. Pour ketchup combination over throw cook. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
Eliminate throw broil from slow cooker, shred with a fork, and return to the sluggish cooker. Mix meat to cover with sauce uniformly. Keep cooking for roughly 1 hour more.
