Ingredients
Bulgogi, at times known as Korean bar-b-que hamburger, is a dish of meagerly cut barbecued steak that has been marinated in a sweet soy, sesame, and garlic sauce. If you have any desire to zest it up, serve the hamburger in lettuce cups with rice and hot pepper glue (gochujang).
5 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup hacked green onion
2 ½ tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon ground dark pepper
1 pound flank steak, daintily cut
Whisk soy sauce, green onion, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and pepper together in a bowl.
Place flank steak cuts in a shallow dish. Pour marinade up and over. Cover and refrigerate for something like 1 hour or short-term.
Preheat an outside barbecue for high intensity, and softly oil the mesh.
Immediately barbecue flank steak cuts on the preheated barbecue until marginally burned and cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes for every side.
