Ingredients
Beef tips are slow-simmered in a flavorful sauce until tender. My husband loves these easy beef tips and gravy — they melt in your mouth! Serve over rice or egg noodles.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, hacked
2 pounds cubed hamburger stew meat
3 cups water, separated
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground dark pepper
1 (.75 ounce) bundle dry earthy colored sauce blend
Heat oil in a huge skillet over high intensity. Add onion and saute until practically clear, around 3 minutes. Add stew meat and cook, mixing incidentally, until seared on all sides; around 3 to 5 minutes.
Pour 2 cups water, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce into the skillet. Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper; heat to the point of boiling. Decrease the intensity, cover, and stew until meat is delicate, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
At the point when the meat is practically gotten done, blend staying 1 cup water and sauce blend until completely consolidated; mix into the meat combination and heat to the point of boiling. Cook, blending often, until marginally thickened.
