Blackened Honey-Glazed Salmon Bites

    • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided
    • 2 mini cucumbers, finely chopped
    • 1 avocado, finely chopped
    • 1 shallot, finely chopped
    • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
    • Kosher salt
    • Cooked white rice, for serving

Cooking Direction

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, Cajun preparing, and 2 tablespoons honey until joined. Add salmon and tenderly throw with a spatula until salmon is covered. Let sit 10 minutes.
