Crispy chilli turkey noodles

Fresh seared turkey mince in a stew, soy and garlic sauce on udon noodles makes for an exquisite 20-minute dinner that is low in fat however huge on flavor

Cooking Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 500g turkey mince
    • 5cm piece ginger, ground
    • 1 enormous garlic clove, squashed
    • 3 tbsp honey
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp hot sriracha bean stew sauce
    • 350g dried udon noodles
    • 2 limes, squeezed, in addition to wedges to serve (discretionary)
    • 2 enormous carrots, stripped and cut into matchsticks
    • 4 spring onions, destroyed

Cooking Direction

    Stage 1

    Stage 2
