Cooking Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup onion, in an upward direction cut
    • 1 cup carrots (2 medium), daintily cut
    • 1 tsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp dried basil, squashed
    • 1 cup new or frozen Chinese pea pods
    • 1 Tbsp water
    • 1 Brilliant Delectable or Standard apple (medium), cored and daintily cut

Cooking Direction

    • Pan sear onion, carrots and basil in oil in non-stick skillet until carrots are delicate.
    • Mix in pea pods and water; pan sear 2 minutes.
    • Eliminate from heat; mix in apples.
    • Serve hot.
