Meals
Stew haddock, potatoes, milk, onion and parsley to make this soothing soup. Present with hard bread for a filling lunch or dinner
1 tbsp unsalted spread
1 medium onion
400g medium potatoes (around 2), stripped and cut into 1cm 3D squares
250g smoked haddock
250ml entire milk
½ little pack of parsley or chives, finely hacked
Stage 1
Liquefy the spread in a pot over a medium intensity, then, at that point, add the onion and broil for 5-8 mins until clear yet not seared. Add the potatoes and 300ml water and bring to the bubble. Lessen the intensity somewhat and stew for 10-15 mins.
Stage 2
In the mean time, put the haddock in one more skillet and cover with the milk. Cook delicately for 5 mins, or until simply delicate. Eliminate the haddock from the milk with an opened spoon (holding the milk), move to a plate and pass on to somewhat cool. At the point when sufficiently cool to contact, chip into huge pieces, eliminating any bones.
Stage 3
Put the saved milk and chipped haddock in the dish with the potato blend and cook for another 5 mins. Season and sprinkle over the parsley to serve.
