Make these scaled down egg biscuits for a simple breakfast or lunch with the children. Add cleaved ham, bacon or smoked salmon, assuming you extravagant
1 tbsp oil
150g broccoli, finely hacked
1 red pepper, finely hacked
2 spring onions, cut
6 huge eggs
1 tbsp milk
huge spot of smoked paprika
50g cheddar or gruyère, ground
little small bunch of chives, slashed (discretionary)
Stage 1
Heat the broiler to 200C/180C fan/gas 4. Brush around 50% of the oil in a 8-opening biscuit tin. Heat the excess oil in a skillet and add the broccoli, pepper and spring onions. Sear for 5 mins. Put away to cool.
Stage 2
Whisk the eggs with the milk, smoked paprika and a portion of the cheddar in a bowl. Add the cooked veg. Empty the egg combination into the biscuit openings and top each with the leftover cheddar and a couple of chives, in the event that you like. Prepare for 15-17 mins or until brilliant brown and cooked through.
