Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

A savory pork tenderloin marinade made with soy, garlic, and honey mustard results in juicy, tender roast pork every time. This recipe is super easy to throw together in a matter of minutes.

    ¼ cup olive oil

    ¼ cup soy sauce

    1 clove garlic, minced

    3 tablespoons Dijon honey mustard

    salt and ground dark pepper to taste

    2 pounds pork tenderloin

    Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
