Cooking Ingredients

    • 1 teaspoon oil
    • 2 15-ounce jars beans any assortment, low-sodium, no fat added
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried summer or winter exquisite or stew powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon newly ground pepper
    • 2 cups new or frozen vegetables, any assortment, diced
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 diced plum tomatoes

Cooking Direction

    • Channel and flush beans.
    • Heat oil in saute skillet.
    • Add vegetables and saute until simply delicate.
    • Add beans to vegetables.
    • Throw in exquisite (or bean stew powder).
    • Season with salt and pepper and intensity through.
    • Add tomatoes not long prior to serving.
