Cooking Ingredients

1 pound boneless pork midsection, cubed

    ½ cup regular flour

    1 ½ tablespoons nut oil

    ¼ cup chicken stock

¼ cup water, or more on a case by case basis

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon sherry

2 tablespoons daintily cut green onion

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon white sugar

    1 teaspoon ground ginger

    salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Direction

Consolidate cubed pork and flour in a resealable plastic sack. Seal the sack and shake until pork is covered.

Heat oil in a huge skillet or wok. Add covered pork and brown rapidly, around 5 minutes. Move pork with an opened spoon to a bowl; dispose of residual oil from the skillet.

Add chicken stock, 1/4 cup water, soy sauce, and sherry to the skillet. Mix in green onion, garlic, sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add pork solid shapes and heat to the point of boiling. Diminish the intensity, cover, and stew until pork is delicate, around 15 minutes. Check sometimes to ensure sauce isn't thickening excessively. If necessary, add more water.
