GRILLED SUMMER VEGETABLES

Cooking Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
    • 2 cloves new garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp. new rosemary, slashed
    • 1 tbsp. new oregano, slashed
    • 1 tbsp. new basil, slashed
    • 1 tbsp. new parsley, slashed
    • 1 tbsp. sugar

    salt and new ground dark pepper to taste

    • 1 enormous Florida zucchini, cut 3/4 inch thick
    • 1 enormous Florida yellow squash, cut 3/4 inch thick
    • 1 medium Florida eggplant, cut 3/4 inch thick
    • 1 enormous Florida red onion, cut 3/4 inch thick
    • 2 enormous Florida tomato, cut 1 inch thick

Cooking Direction

     join all elements for marinade and pour over cut vegetables, marinate for 30 minutes.

    Cook on a hot barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side.
