Begin your day right with this filling bowl of oats, berries, banana and seeds. It's sound and loaded with supplements to fuel body and brain

Cooking Ingredients

    100g frozen raspberries
    1 orange, ½ cut and ½ squeezed
    150g porridge oats
    100ml milk
    ½ banana, cut
    2 tbsp smooth almond margarine
    1 tbsp goji berries
    1 tbsp chia seeds

Cooking Direction

    Stage 1
    Tip a portion of the raspberries and all of the squeezed orange in a container. Stew until the raspberries relax, around 5 mins.

    Stage 2
    In the mean time mix the oats, milk and 450ml water in a container over a low intensity until rich. Top with the raspberry compote, remaining raspberries, orange cuts, banana, almond spread, goji berries and chia seeds.
