Herb Roasted Vegetables

Cooking Ingredients

    Heat broiler to 425ºF. Throw cut-up potatoes (1-inch pieces), meager onion wedges and child carrots or slim segments of ringer pepper with sufficient olive oil to delicately cover.

Cooking Direction

    • Season with salt, coarse drudgery pepper and dried rosemary or thyme leaves.
    • Orchestrate in even layer on gently oiled shallow baking container.
    • Broil 20 to 30 minutes or until delicate, blending sometimes.
    • (Then again, broil close by cook as it cooks.)
