Heat broiler to 425ºF. Throw cut-up potatoes (1-inch pieces), meager onion wedges and child carrots or slim segments of ringer pepper with sufficient olive oil to delicately cover.
Cooking Direction
Season with salt, coarse drudgery pepper and dried rosemary or thyme leaves.
Orchestrate in even layer on gently oiled shallow baking container.
Broil 20 to 30 minutes or until delicate, blending sometimes.
