Cooking Ingredients

    • 4 chicken bosoms (around 600g), managed and cut into 2-3cm 3D shapes
    • 2 tbsp plain flour
    • 40g piece of ginger, stripped and finely ground
    • 4 garlic cloves, finely hacked
    • 6 tbsp soy sauce
    • 5 tbsp honey
    • ½-1 lemon, squeezed
    • 1 tbsp sunflower, vegetable, rice grain or rapeseed oil
    • cooked rice and steamed broccoli, to serve (discretionary)

Cooking Direction

    Strategy
    Stage 1
Tip the chicken into a bowl, sprinkle over the flour and a few flavoring and throw until the chicken is equally covered.

    Stage 2
Consolidate the ginger, garlic, soy, honey and a portion of the lemon juice in a bowl. Heat the oil in a huge griddle or wok over a high intensity and broil the chicken for 3-4 mins until daintily brilliant. Tip in the honey sauce and pan fried food for 10 mins, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has sufficiently diminished to cover the rear of a spoon. Taste for preparing and press over the leftover lemon juice, if necessary, then, at that point, present with rice and steamed broccoli, assuming you like.
