Ditch the important point for our simple sweet and acrid chicken. This Chinese-style rice dish is prepared in less than 30 mins and loaded with zingy flavors

Cooking Ingredients

    • 9 tbsp ketchup
    • 3 tbsp malt vinegar
    • 4 tbsp dim muscovado sugar
    • 2 garlic cloves, squashed
    • 4 skinless and boneless chicken bosom, cut into lumps
    • 1 little onion, generally slashed
    • 2 red peppers, cultivated and cut into lumps
    • 227g can pineapple pieces in juice, depleted
    • 100g sugar snap peas, generally cut
    • modest bunch salted, simmered cashew nuts, discretionary

Cooking Direction

    Technique
    Stage 1
    In an enormous microwaveable dish, blend the ketchup, vinegar, sugar and garlic completely with the chicken, onion and peppers. Microwave, revealed, on high for 8-10 mins until the chicken is beginning to cook and the sauce is sizzling.

    Stage 2
    Mix in the pineapple pieces and sugar snap peas and return to the microwave for another 3-5 mins until the chicken is totally cooked. Pass on to represent a couple of moments, then mix in the cashews, if utilizing, and serve.
