Adjust this recipe for simple short-term oats to suit your preferences. You can add dried natural product, seeds and nuts, ground apple or pear or slashed tropical natural products for the ideal solid breakfast

Cooking Ingredients

    ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
    50g moved porridge oats
    2 tbsp regular yogurt
    50g blended berries
    shower of honey
    ½ tbsp nut spread (we utilized almond)

Cooking Direction

    Stage 1
    The prior night serving, mix the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into your oats with a spot of salt.

    Stage 2
    The following day, relax with just the right amount of more water (or milk) if necessary. Top with the yogurt, berries, a sprinkle of honey and the nut spread.
