100g long-stem broccoli, cut into thirds
180g dried spaghetti, customary or wholemeal
2 tbsp olive oil
1 huge garlic clove, softly slammed
150g cherry tomatoes, split
150g crude lord prawns
1 stacked tbsp rose harissa glue
1 lemon, finely zested
Stage 1
Bring a container of delicately salted water to the bubble. Add the broccoli and bubble for 1 min 30 secs, or until delicate. Channel and put away. Cook the spaghetti adhering to pack directions, then, at that point, channel, holding a ladleful of cooking water.
Stage 2
Heat the oil in an enormous skillet, add the garlic clove and broil over a low intensity for 2 mins. Eliminate with an opened spoon and dispose of, leaving the seasoned oil.
Stage 3
Add the tomatoes to the container and broil over a medium intensity for 5 mins, or until starting to mellow and turn succulent. Mix through the prawns and cook for 2 mins, or until becoming pink. Add the harissa and lemon zing, mixing to cover.
Stage 4
Throw the cooked spaghetti and pasta water through the prawns and harissa. Mix through the broccoli, season to taste and serve.
