Make our solid chicken and hummus salad bowl for a heavenly spending plan lunch choice. It tends to be put together in only 10 minutes and conveys three of your 5-a-day
200g hummus
1 little lemon, zested and squeezed
200g pocket cooked blended grains
150g child spinach, generally hacked
1 little avocado, divided and cut
1cooked chicken bosom, cut at a point
100g pomegranate seeds
½ red onion, finely cut
2 tbsp toasted almonds
Stage 1
Blend 2 tbsp of the hummus with a portion of the lemon squeeze, the lemon zing and enough water to make a drizzly dressing. Crush the grain pocket to isolate the grains, then, at that point, split between two shallow dishes and throw through the dressing. Top each bowl with a small bunch of the spinach.
Stage 2
Press the leftover lemon juice over the avocado parts, then, at that point, add one half to each bowl. Partition the chicken, pomegranate seeds, onion, almonds and remaining hummus between the two dishes and delicately combine everything as one not long prior to eating.
