Ingredients
This delicious scallop dish only takes a few minutes to make and is to die for. Serve the scallops as they are or with some crusty bread, rice, or pasta.
1 pound scallops
salt and newly ground dark pepper to taste
2 tablespoons regular baking flour
2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon pesto
1 tablespoon escapades
1 cup weighty whipping cream
Season scallops with salt and pepper, then dig in flour.
Dissolve margarine in a skillet over medium intensity and add scallops. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes for each side. Add pesto and tricks; blend well. Mix in weighty cream and heat to the point of boiling. Eliminate from intensity and serve.
