Simple Shrimp Tostadas

My aunt wowed me with her simple, yet delicious shrimp tostada recipe. It is very simple to make and everyone asks for more! I use garlic salt for the salt!

Cooking Ingredients

    2 tomatoes, finely hacked

    1 pack new cilantro, finely slashed

    1 little red onion, finely hacked (Discretionary)

    6 tablespoons mayonnaise

    6 firm tostada shells

    1 pound frozen cooked shrimp, defrosted

    2 avocados, daintily cut

    salt and ground dark pepper to taste

Cooking Direction

    Blend tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion together in a bowl.

    Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise onto every tostada; top with 2 to 3 tablespoons tomato blend. Add an even layer of shrimp onto every tostada and top with avocado cuts; season with salt and pepper.
