SKILLET SUMMER GREENS

Cooking Ingredients

    • 3/4 pound greens (swiss chard, spinach, collards, or beet greens)
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 3 medium cloves garlic minced, or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Cooking Direction

    • Coarsely hack the greens (incorporate however much of the stems as could be expected).
    • Heat the wok or a huge weighty dish.
    • Add oil and greens.
    • Pan sear for 3 to 5 minutes over medium intensity.
    • Add garlic, and pan fried food for 2 minutes more.
    • Move to a bowl.
    • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then, at that point, throw with 1 tablespoon vinegar, until all around blended.
    • Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
