Ingredients
This simple sluggish cooker hamburger stew recipe made with potatoes, carrots, celery, stock, spices, and flavors is good and soothing. You will not be delayed to say 'yum'!
2 pounds hamburger stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ cup regular flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground dark pepper
1 ½ cups meat stock
4 medium carrots, cut
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, cleaved
1 stem celery, cleaved
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 huge inlet leaf
Place meat in sluggish cooker.
Blend flour, salt, and pepper together in a little bowl. Pour over meat, and mix until meat is covered.
Add meat stock, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and narrows leave; mix to consolidate.
Cover, and cook until meat is sufficiently delicate to cut with a spoon, on Low for 8 to 12 hours, or on High for 4 to 6 hours.
