Cooking Direction

    Strategy
    Stage 1
Blend every one of the elements for the turkey burgers, bar the olive oil, together in a huge bowl. Season with a liberal measure of dark pepper and somewhat salt (you won't require a great deal in light of the feta). Shape into 4 burgers, the combination will be very tacky so cover and chill in the cooler for 15 mins or until expected to solidify a bit. Right now the burgers can likewise be frozen.

    Stage 2
Preheat the barbecue to its most noteworthy setting then brush the burgers on the two sides with the olive oil. Move the burgers to a non-stick baking plate and cook for 8-10 mins on each side, until cooked through and brilliant brown.

    Stage 3
While the burgers are cooking, combine as one the olive oil, lemon juice and some flavoring. Add the rocket and tomatoes to an enormous serving of mixed greens bowl, add a portion of the dressing and throw well to join. Serve close by the turkey burgers and with the additional dressing as an afterthought.
