Turkey meatballs with citrus couscous

Light and loaded with protein, these meatballs make for a wonderful and super-sound dinner

Cooking Ingredients

    • 500g pack turkey mince
    • 2 tsp every bean stew powder, ground cumin and ground coriander
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 onion, coarsely ground
    • zing 1 orange, then, at that point, stripped and orange portions cleaved
    • 250g couscous
    • 250ml hot chicken stock
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • little bundle coriander, generally cleaved

Cooking Direction

    Stage 1
    In a major bowl, blend the mince, flavors, onion and orange zing together all around well with your hands. Fold the combination into around 20 pecan estimated meatballs.

    Stage 2
    Put the couscous in a bowl, pour over the hot chicken stock, cover with stick film and pass on to represent 10 mins.

    Stage 3
    Heat the olive oil in a skillet. add the meatballs and broil, turning frequently, for around 12 mins until sautéed everywhere and cooked through.

    Stage 4
    Cushion the couscous up with a fork, mix in the hacked orange, coriander and some flavoring. Heap onto plates and present with the meatballs.
