POULTRY MAIN DISH RECIPES
A better variant of piccata veal, that is sans gluten and sans dairy, cooked in a lemon spread sauce and presented with fresh child broil potatoes
Strategy
Stage 1
Heat stove to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Throw the potatoes with 2 tbsp of the oil, season and dish for 40-45 mins.
Stage 2
Heat the leftover oil in a huge skillet. Season the turkey steaks and cook for 2-3 mins each side until cooked through, then eliminate and save. Add the garlic, escapades, stock and lemon juice to the skillet and air pocket for 3-4 mins. Return the turkey to the dish to warm through. Mix in the dill and lemon zing, then present with the potatoes and salad.
