A better variant of piccata veal, that is sans gluten and sans dairy, cooked in a lemon spread sauce and presented with fresh child broil potatoes

Cooking Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp oil
    • 750g child potatoes, bigger ones divided
    • 4 turkey bosom steaks
    • 2 garlic cloves, finely slashed
    • 3 tbsp escapades
    • 250ml sans gluten chicken stock
    • 1 lemon, zested and squeezed
    • little pack dill, generally slashed
    • green serving of mixed greens, to serve

Cooking Direction

    Strategy
    Stage 1
    Heat stove to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Throw the potatoes with 2 tbsp of the oil, season and dish for 40-45 mins.

    Stage 2
    Heat the leftover oil in a huge skillet. Season the turkey steaks and cook for 2-3 mins each side until cooked through, then eliminate and save. Add the garlic, escapades, stock and lemon juice to the skillet and air pocket for 3-4 mins. Return the turkey to the dish to warm through. Mix in the dill and lemon zing, then present with the potatoes and salad.
