Go exemplary with your turkey extras and prepare this solid flavor filled stew with peppers and tomatoes

Cooking Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
    • 1 huge onion, thickly cut
    • 1 green pepper, deseeded and hacked
    • 2 tbsp curry glue (or without gluten elective)
    • 2 garlic cloves, squashed
    • 400g can hacked tomatoes
    • 300g extra turkey, diced
    • 300g extra cooked potato (either bubbled or broil), diced
    • 2 tbsp mango chutney
    • little pack coriander, generally hacked
    • rice or naan bread, to serve

Cooking Direction

    Strategy
    Stage 1
    Heat the oil in a huge dish over a genuinely high intensity. Cook the onion and pepper for 3-4 mins until beginning to mellow and brown somewhat. Mix in the curry glue and garlic, then, at that point, cook for another 1-2 mins. Add the cleaved tomatoes and 150ml water. Bring to the bubble and air pocket for 5 mins.

    Stage 2
    Turn the intensity down, mix in the turkey and potatoes, and cook for another 2-3 mins, then season and add the mango chutney. Disperse with coriander and present with rice or naan.
