Go through your ready bananas to make simple veggie lover banana bread - the ideal breakfast treat to appreciate with your morning cuppa. We love it toasted with peanut butter

Cooking Ingredients

    3 enormous dark bananas
    75ml vegetable oil or sunflower oil, in addition to extra for the tin
    100g earthy colored sugar
    225g plain flour (or utilize self-raising flour and lessen the baking powder to 2 stacked tsp)
    3 stacked tsp baking powder
    3 tsp cinnamon or blended flavor
    50g dried natural product or nuts (discretionary)

Cooking Direction

    Stage 1
    Heat broiler to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Squash 3 enormous dark stripped bananas with a fork, then blend well in with 75g vegetable or sunflower oil and 100g earthy colored sugar.

    Stage 2
    Add 225g plain flour, 3 loaded tsp baking powder and 3 tsp cinnamon or blended zest, and join well. Add 50g dried natural product or nuts, if utilizing.

    Stage 3
    Heat in an oiled, lined 2lb portion tin for 20 minutes. Check and cover with foil assuming that the cake is cooking.

    Stage 4
    Heat for an additional 20 minutes, or until a stick confesses all.

    Stage 5
    Permit to cool a little prior to cutting. It's delightful newly heated, yet fosters a wonderful gooey quality the following day.
